Wine tasting set
We meet you in front of hotel or meeting point and start driving towards foothill of Vardia (Malaštica) only 15 min from Dubrovnik Old Town Centre. Upon arrival we start hiking to vineyard and 1st garden of olives with 22 trees. On the way to vineyard you can expect 15 min hiking where you will enjoy fresh air, beautiful nature and spectacular view to Župa Dubrovačka above Adriatic Sea. After arrival we stop for a welcome drink, homemade spirit with local herbs flavor or sweet walnut liquor. Presentation starts: Prepare to learn how to cultivate vineyard (with olive oil and wine tasting) in the biggest classroom on the world – open air nature surroundings of Dubrovnik. I will show you techniques I have collect during years of education and time spent in field with my grandfather and father. You will touch and feel vine leaves and branches while you enjoying fresh air and calm surroundings.
After presentation we walk together to start position where is your transfer to hotel or airport.
